The VIP Sprint is a focused, one-week project where we solve a single operational bottleneck that’s creating inefficiency in your business.

This is for when you either:

  • already know what’s broken, or
  • have completed a Roadmap with me and are ready to implement my recommendations

During the sprint, I take the lead (no handholding here!). I make the decisions with you on how to approach the fix, build the process, and ensure it’s ready to be handed off to your team to implement without you becoming the bottleneck.

KICK-OFF: The Week Before

You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire where I can learn about your business, what you’re struggling with specifically and learn what you need out of the specific process we’re building together. This helps me gather the preliminary information to make sure our call time is productive.

MONDAY: Strategy Call

We’ll start with a 90 minute strategy call on Monday so I can ask clarifying questions from your questionnaire. This is when we’ll map out what we’re working on, why, and what you need out of it so that I can make sure I build it to solve the problem you have.

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: I do the work!

I build your process! We’ll chat on voxer as questions come up and I work to customize your process to be exactly what you need. I want your insights as I build so that we both know that it comes together in exactly the way that you need.

THURSDAY: Delivery + Demo

We’ll get together on Thursday afternoon so I can walk you through everything I built for you and why. (Yes, you’ll get the recording!). That way, you’ll get to ask any questions, leave understanding every piece and how it can be executed on.

WEEK AFTER: Implementation

For the whole following week, you can ask me any questions you have over voxer so that you’re not left wondering “omg, wtf did she say about that again?!”. Also, so that you can introduce the process to your team confidently. I’ll be available to hop in and make any final tweaks that might be needed!

We’re not trying to fix everything at once.

We’re focusing on one problem at a time so you get practical solutions without being locked into long-term support you likely don’t need. I want you to outsource to me what you’re stuck on and have the option of implementing what you feel comfortable doing yourself on your own.

Absolutely! You can book as many as you’d like. It’s not uncommon to have several things that need fixed in BTS, so you can continue to book as you need problems fixed or processes built. Plus, you can bundle and save!

If you only have a few big operational things that need addressed and a team to implement the new processes we build for you, book a Sprint. If you need ongoing day-to-day management of your business and your team of contractors – You likely need retainer support. Still not sure?
